Construction Card Terms and Conditions

www.ConstructionsCert.co.uk is owned and operated by Construction Card.

Terminology

"We", "our", "us" refers to Construction Card.

"You", "your", "customer", "candidate" refers to the user of our services and website.

Business Bookings

By booking on behalf of a business, you confirm you have permission to make purchases for that business.

Agreement

By accessing and using our services, you accept these terms. Construction Card may amend terms without notice, and the terms active at the time of your booking apply to your order.

Minimum Age

Bookings cannot be made for anyone under the age of 16.

Currency

All transactions are processed in GBP (£).

Availability

All bookings are subject to availability. If your chosen date is unavailable, we’ll find the closest alternative.

Communication

Confirmation will be sent within 48 working hours. If not received, please contact info@ConstructionsCert.co.uk.

Reschedules & Cancellations

• Free reschedule if requested 5+ working days before your test.
• Less than 5 days: full rebooking and fee applies.
• Cancellations are subject to a £10 admin fee.

Proof of Booking

You will receive a confirmation email which serves as your receipt and agreement to these terms.

Booking Details

You are responsible for providing accurate booking details. Errors due to customer input are not our responsibility.

Attending the Test

It’s your responsibility to attend with valid ID. We are not liable for missed tests or incorrect documentation.

What’s Included in Your Payment

• £21 CITB test fee + our booking/admin fee
• Booking processing, test matching, and confirmation communication

Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Your Rights

• Cancel: You can cancel and get a refund with 5+ days’ notice (minus £10 admin fee).
• Reschedule: Must be done at least 5 working days before the test date.

Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel your test due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical issues, power outages).

One Day Courses

• Cancel/reschedule at least 31 days before.
• Late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Additional venue change fees may apply.

Card Application Policy

All applications include the £36 CSCS fee and our admin service.

• Applications may require extra documents, submitted within 6 weeks.
• Admin fee of £10 applies for invalid or cancelled applications.
